| 摘 要： | 本文通过对目前防雷管理、防雷执法等方面存在的误区进行了深入的分析,并就如何消除这些误区,提出了一些解决办法,希望引起各级气象部门的重视,进一步完善防雷管理机制,有效地保障国家法律、法规的顺利实施,推动和促进防雷事业全面、协调、可持续发展。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the error in present lightningproof administration and executing, some measures were given to eliminate these errors. All of the weather bureau should pay attention to these errors so that lightningproof supervisal system will be farther perfected. Smooth and effective executing of the law and code will be protected and full- scale, harmonious and continuable development of lightning protection will be promoted. |
