高速公路CFG桩复合地基褥垫层作用机理研究

摘    要:CFG桩 (cement fly-ash gravel pile) 复合地基的核心技术是设置褥垫层,而褥垫层设计的是否合理,对CFG桩复合地基的承载与变形特性都产生较大的影响。根据太沙基基本理论,详细地讨论了CFG桩复合地基褥垫层作用机理,并推导出CFG桩复合地基最佳桩间距、合理褥垫层厚度、桩土应力比、实际置换率的解析表达式。计算结果与工程实例对比表明了该解答的可行性,能够为CFG桩复合地基的优化设计提供帮助与指导。

Abstract:The core technique of CFG-pile (cement fly-ash gravel pile) composite foundation is the setting of cushion, of which the rationality will greatly affect the foundation carrying capacity and distortion characteristic. Based on Terzaghis consolidation theory the mechanism of cushion for CFG-pile composite foundation is discussed in detail; and on this way the optimum space between piles, the thickness of cushion, the pile-soil stress ratio and the actual ratio of replacement are deduced. Compared to engineering example , these solutions are quite accurate so as to actually instruct the design of CFG-pile composite foundation.
