摘    要:在天然河道一维水质数值模拟中,对初始条件、边界条件及污染源条件分别构造基本解,以此为参数将任一断面的污染物浓度表示为初始条件、边界条件及各污染河段污染物排放量的线性函数.从模拟水域需满足的水环境功能提出约束条件,以污水处理费用最小为目标函数,构造污染源控制问题,并用遗传算法求解.

Abstract:By simulating one dimensional water quality of naturalchannel,three groups of the basic solutions calculated from the initial pollutant concentration,the boundary pollutant concentration and the pollutant amount into channel,can be obtained respectively.Basing on the basic solutions,the pollutant concentration in any section of channel is expressed mathematically by a linear function of the pollutant amount.The optimization model for pollutant amount control is set up,in which the restraint conditions of the model are deduced from river’s environment plan and the object function of the model from the function of pollutant treatment fee.The genetic algorithm is used to solve the optimization model successfully.
