论中国西南地区水电开发工程地质问题及其研究对策

对我国西南地区水能资源及其开发状况作了一个概要的描述。根据作者多年的工作实践,总结这一地区水电开发的主要工程地质问题。结合这些问题,从宏观的角度,提出了西南地区水电开发的地质适宜性问题,认为在解决工程的具体实际问题的同时,应该把西南乃至整个西部地区与水能资源开发有关的工程地质问题放在一个大的、与区域地质条件成生背景相联系的环境系统中,深入研究与之相关联的一系列基础问题,以求获得对这些带有普遍性问题的科学认识,从而为解决工程具体问题打下一个坚实的基础。最后,针对地质适宜性评价问题,提出了研究对策。

DISCUSSION ON THE MAIN ENGINEERING GEOLOGICAL PROBLEMS IN HYDROPOWER DEVELOPMENT IN SOUTHWESTERN CHINA AND THEIR RESEARCH STRATEGIES

The southwestern China has a great plenty of hydro power resources, but its development is quite low compared with the most developed countries. In this paper, the author analyzed the main engineering geological problems which encountered in dam construction in recent decades. They may control the feasibility assessment and the safe operation of the hydropower stations because of their complexity and even being unique. Considering the uniform geological backgrounds in southwestern China and even the whole western part of China, the author suggested that these problems should be put into a relative complete geo dynamic system, and then we could find out some basic laws which brought about them. This was called as geological applicability analysis in this paper. Finally, A research strategy about this kind of analysis was put forward and some key problems were discussed.
