基于GIS的城市道路全生命周期管理系统的研究

摘    要:对城市道路管理现状进行研究,提出利用地理信息技术(GIS)、商业智能技术(BI)和测绘技术管理城市道路信息,采用内外业相结合的方式,探讨以地形图道路要素为基础建立道路地理信息数据库,开发实现自前期立项到施工建设、竣工备案、道路移交、道路养护直至拆迁灭失的城市道路全生命周期管理软件。结果表明利用GIS技术开发的城市道路全生命周期管理软件能够克服传统管理模式的缺点,有效地支持道路投资、建设、接养等工作机制的完善;对城市道路的数据挖掘,为断堵头路治理、打通道路微循环和缓解交通拥堵工作提供科学的决策支持。

Abstract:This paper focuses on the status of urban road management,it integrates the technologies of GIS,Business Intelligence and Surveying to manage the information of urban road,adopts both indoor and field working manner,and builds the road-centric geographic information database based on the topographic map.The paper develops the software for Whole Life-cycle Management System of Urban Road including the process,ranging from setting up,construction,delivering and maintenance to demolition.The result shows that the proposed software can not only effectively improve the mechanism of investment,construction and delivering of urban road,but also provide scientific decision support for data mining,breaking through microcirculation and releasing traffic congestion.In Conclusion,lots of disadvantages from traditional ways can be overcome by using the proposed software.
