基于GIS的绥化市高标准基本农田潜力评价研究

为完成"十三五"期间绥化市高标准基本农田建设任务,借助Arc GIS平台并结合SPSS统计软件,运用层次分析法和多因素综合评价法,构建绥化市高标准基本农田潜力评价体系,对高标准基本农田建设的潜力状况进行分析,并对其存在的相关问题提出合理化的建议。本研究得出如下结论:(1)耕地利用状况良好,耕地保护工作有待进一步提高;(2)潜力较大的地区集中在安达市、明水县、绥棱县、青冈县、望奎县、庆安县等地;(3)对中低潜力地区,应在规划期内,多安排土地整治项目。

Study on the Evaluation of High-standard Basic Farmland Potential in Suihua Based on GIS

For the completion of the"13th Five-Year" in Suihua during the high standards of basic farmland construction tasks, with the aid of ArcGIS platform combined with SPSS software, using the comprehensive evaluation AHP and multi factor method, construc-tion of a high standard of basic farmland in Suihua City potential evaluation system, the high standard of basic farmland construction potential situation analysis, and put forward reasonable suggestions for the related existing problems. The following conclusions are drawn:the cultivated land use in good condition, the protection of cultivated land should be further improved;the potential areas con-centrated in Anda City, Mingshui County, Suileng County, Qinggang County, Wangkui County, Qing'an county and other places;the low potential area, should be in the planning period, arrange for land consolidation project.
