| 摘 要： | 为响应国家"精准扶贫"政策,本项目结合GIS技术,以NewMap为平台,设计并开发了B/S架构的"扶贫开发管理信息系统",实现了扶贫信息的精准查询和分析等功能,为精准扶贫的实现提供了新的途径,在智慧城市建设中起到了很好的示范作用。

| Abstract: | In response to the policy of targeted poverty alleviation, this paper introduces a information system, which is designed by the B/S structure and combined with the GIS technology based on the platform of NewMap. It realized the precise query and analysis of the information of poverty alleviation, provided a new way for the implementation of targeted poverty alleviation, and served as a demon-stration application in the construction of the Smart city. |
