摘    要:采用低温电镀工艺(室温)生产PDC复合片石油全面钻头,或者说PDC复合片镶嵌在钻头钢体上而形成完整的PDC石油全面钻头的整个生产过程中完全不受高温影响.因而最大限度地保护了复合片和金刚石,提高了钻头使用品质.现已获得较为理想的经济指标,受到生产用户好评.

Abstract:The low temperature (room temperature) electroplating technique to manufacture PDC bits is first invented in China or even in the world, as the whole manufacture process is not affected by any high temperature. After five years of hard work and development, some ideal economic indexes have been obtained and the products have received good remarks from the users.
