摘    要:采用金刚石表面镀覆技术、预合金基体金属粉末,提高金刚石热稳定性及其与金属粘结剂的浸润性,使金刚石的高耐磨性和硬质合金的高抗冲击性能有机地结合在一起;优化超硬复合体结构形状,提高其耐磨性能和高抗冲击性能;设计合理模具大大降低了加工成本,从而研制出性能优良、价格低廉的金刚石-硬质合金超硬复合体。

Abstract:The method of adopting plating technique on diamond surface, pre alloy matrix powder in super hard composite body, can increase thermal stability and its infiltration with the bonding alloy and also make high abrasive resistance of diamond and high toughness against impact of hard metal be united. Optimizing structure and figure of super hard composite body improved its abrasive resistance and toughness against impact. Designing reasonable mould greatly reduced the machining cost. Then a kind of excellent and low price diamond, hard metal composite body has been developed.
