内陆型经济欠发达地区可持续发展模式研究--以湖南省邵阳市为例

从界定欠发达地区的概念入手，分析了内陆型经济欠发达地区的区域特征，并以湖南省邵阳市为例，论述了内陆型欠发达地区的可持续发展模式，即依靠区域经济系统的自组织功能，调整行政区划，集中地区优势，强力发展中心城市，并实施圈层分化，梯度推进与跳跃开发相结合，使内陆欠发达地区快速跃过低发育期。

A STUDY ON SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT MODEL OF THE UNDERDEVELOPED INLAND REGION--A Case Study of Shaoyang City in Hunan

The lessons of regional exploitation in history have declared that regions of different types and characteristics need relevant development models. The underdeveloped inland region is characterized by: 1) the declining of the local conditions and vague regional image; 2) the weak. economy strength and the serious inner ditrergency; 3) the small scale of the key cities with limited influence radius and 4) the poor spatial structare of regional development. Taking Shaoyang City as an example, the author discusses the sustainable development models for the underdeveloped inland region: relying on the self - organizing ability of the regional economy system, adjusting administrative divisions, and taking the advantage of the region to develop central cities, etc..
