休眼与非休眠期中华鳖乳酸脱氢酶同工酶的比较分析

摘    要:本文用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳的方法,分析了休眠与非休眠期中华鳖10种组织的乳酸脱氢酶同工酶,同时测定了休眠与非休眠期乳酸脱氢酶的总活性。结果表明,某些组织的电泳图谱显示出一定差异;多数组织冬眠期LDH同工酶的总活性有所降低。

Abstract:The patterns of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) isozymes in ten tissues of thesoft-shelled turtle (Trionyx sinensis) were analysed by means of polyacrylamidverticle slab electrophoresis, and the total LDH activity in nine tissues was deter'mined. The changes of LDH isozymes were observed between hibernation andnon-hibernation. The total LDH actiyity in eigllt tissues of the hibernating animalswas lower than that of non-hibernating animals, but no significant difference(p>0.05). In addition, the total LDH activity of liver in hibernation was higherthan that of non-nibernation, the possible reason of this changes was discussed inthe paper.
