摘    要:河南鲁山石墨矿属区域变质型矿床.根据矿石性质,进行了粗选条件试验,阶段磨矿阶段选别试验和阶段磨矿阶段选别预先分目试验,研究结果表明阶段磨矿是保护石墨大鳞片的有效方法,同时,结合预先分目能更好地提高石墨大片率.阶段磨矿阶段选别预先分目工艺闭路试验获得的指标为:当原矿品位为3.65%时,获得的技术指标为精矿品位C90.62...

Abstract:It is regional metamorphic deposit for Lushan graphite in Henan Province.We carried on the roughing condition testing,stage-grinding and stage concentration process testing,stage-grinding and stage concentration process testing and mesh separation beforehand testing according to the ore characters.The research result shows that stage grinding is the available method for protecting crystalline flake graphite,and to improve the big flakes rate of graphite with the method of mesh separation beforehand.We get the concentrate grade of C 固 at 90.62% while the crude ore at the grade of 3.65%,and the content of TS is 0.072%,with the recovery of 88.11%,the production rate of big flake graphite(+0.147mm)among which is 0.46% with the grade of C 固 at 91.58%,and the big flakes rate in concentrate is 12.96%.
