广佛产业发展比较及互补开发研究

伴随南中国的区域合作,广佛联手构建广佛都市圈,建立强大的区域中心,具有重要的现实意义,广佛的产业合作是打造广佛都市圈的一个重要方面。文中在对广佛产业发展现状进行对比分析的基础上,提出了广佛产业互补开发的原则与对策。建议从广佛都市圈的角度,规划城市与产业;建立合理的产业分工及微观的整合机制;发展多种行业的内部协作关系,实现两地产业互补开发、互动发展。

ON INDUSTRIAL COMPARISON AND COMPLEMENTARY DEVELOPMENT BETWEEN GUANGZHOU AND FOSHAN

With China joining Southeast Asia Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation and the concept of the Pan-Zhujiang Delta Cooperation Area being proposed, to establish Guangzhou-Foshan Metropolis as a strong regional center is of importance and significance. In this paper the current situation of the industry in Guangzhou and Foshan is studied. It is revealed that the two city's industrial structure shows obvious complementarities. The industrial structure in Foshan is "secondary, tertiary, primary", while that in Guangzhou is "tertiary, secondary, primary". Both cities have competitive advantages in manufacturing industry, but have their own characteristics respectively. The tertiary industry in both cities is mainly that of communications and transportation, storage, post and telecommunications, retail and wholesale, restaurant and social service, but, Guangzhou has advantages in the tertiary industry correlating with science and culture, and knowledge intensive service, and Foshan has strong labor-intensive export industry. On the basis of comparison between the two cities, some complementary principles are proposed: The industrial development should correspond to the functional position of the cities; the regional system should be optimized; the market mechanism should be taken as mainstay; the reciprocity and complementarity should be implemented. It is suggested: that a metropolitan circle of Guangzhou-Fonsan should be established and coordinated industrial planning be conducted.
