山东省聊城市水土流失现状及防治对策

聊城市位于华北平原的西北部，历史上黄河多次决口、改道泛滥冲积，上游携带物质在境内决口扇形地和沙质河槽地处大量沉积。土壤质地均为沙质土，结构疏松，春季常随风飘扬滚动，雨季在地表径流的冲蚀下，水土流失和土地沙化十分严重。针对聊城市的自然环境特点、水土流失和土地沙化现状，提出了以生物措施为主、工程措施为辅，同时结合农业现代技术等综合治理的措施，因害设防，形成水土流失综合防治体系。树立人与自然和谐相处的指导思想，发挥生态的自然修复能力，加快水土流失防治速度。

DEALING MEASURES OF SOIL EROSION IN LIAOCHENG

Liaocheng City is in the northeast of North China. The Yellow River burst its banks, changed its course, overflew and carried objects from upper reaches numerous times over centuries to deposit in the fan-shaped bursting places and desertificated riverbeds. This has caused serious soil desertification and loose texture. In spring the sandy soil flutters with the wind and in rainy season serious soil erosion and desertificationoccurs eroded by the runoff on the earth's surface. According to this kind of features of the natural environment, the auther put forwards the comprehensive dealing measures and systems with living plants supported by man-made projects combining with modern agricultural technology to avoid soil erosion. The auther holds that man should protect nature well to prevent and cure soil erosion completely.
