摘    要:江苏省实时水情图形显示分析系统是在MapInfo平台支持下,应用MapBasic和VB开发语言,通过访问远程Sybase实时水情数据库,对数据进行处理,使雨情、水情数据在电子地图上可视化,并提供了暴雨查询闪烁显示、暴雨分布可视化图生成、雨量等值线图的生成和修改、暴雨笼罩面积和区域面平均降雨量计算等功能,同时系统还提供了超警戒水位报警,实时暴雨和洪水位分析评估等功能,从而为防汛会商提供了决策依据。

Abstract:Graphic Displaying and Analyzing System of Jiangsu Real-time Water Regime,which is developed by using Mapbasic and Visual Basic language and under the support of MapInfo,can visualize rain condition and water regime on Electronic Map through access to remote real-time water regime Sybase database and data processing,which makes a real-time reflection on the rules of the distribution of rain condition and water regime in time and space.Moreover,the system provides the function of generating visualization map of rainstorm distribution,rainfall isoline,statistics and analysis of rainstorm features.In addition,the system also provides comparison and analysis of the present characteristic values of real -time rain condition and water regime versus those in the past in order to provide a scientific basis for the decision-making of flood control.
