| 摘 要： | 记述了在宁夏中卫晚石炭世地层中发现的软骨鱼类两个器官属Listracanthus和Petrodus。相似的化石曾在欧洲和北美的石炭纪黑色页岩中出现，但在中国是第一次记述。生物地层学分析表明，这2个器官属的共生出现，可以作为判断晚石炭世地层时代的一个依据。

| Abstract: | Two Chondrichthyan organ genera, Listracanthus and Petrodus, discovered in the Upper Carboniferous of Ningxia, northwestern China, are briefly described here. The two fossils, found in black shale, can correlate their Euro-American correspondents. The stratigraphical analyses have shown that Listracanthus appeared together with Petrodus in the same strata could be an index fossil for Upper Carboniferous. |
