DTM不规则三角形格网的规则化压缩存贮

A COMPACT DATA STRUCTURE FOR REGULAR STORAGEOF TRIANGULATED IRREGULAR NETWORKS OF DTM

:By using mathematical morphology and setting the redundant point numbers, a method for irregular network to regular network(I-R) transformation and a compact data structure for regular storage of Triangulated Irregular Networks (TINs) of DTM is developed. This new data structure can not only reduce about 'a half of storage space, but also be retrieved very fast by compairing with all present storage methods of TIN. Moreover, this data structure can include any kind of geomorphological characteristic information. Finally, the methods for editing and managing large TIN have been briefly discussed in this paper. Experiments for suggested methods give us a good result.
