荒漠化概念及其实践意义雏议

根据近年来有关荒漠化会议的研究成果，并结合我国国情对荒漠化概念进行雏议，认为水土流失（水蚀）是荒漠化（即土地退化）的主要类型之一，是我国东部湿润、半湿润区经济发展的重要制约因子，重视和开展该地区土地退化的研究对于荒漠化理论和社会实践都有重要意义。

THE RUSTIC OPINIONS ON BOTH CONCEPTION OF DESERTIFICATION AND ITS PRACTICAL SIGNIFICANCE

Desertification ia a global environment problem. Based on the achievements in scientificresearch in recent years and conbined with the national conditions, some rustic opionions on theconception of desertification are raised in the paper, which think about that water and soil erosion isone of the major types of desertification, also an improtant restricting factor of economic developmentin humid and subhumid regions of eastern part of our country. Paying attention to and making thestudy on land degradation in the region have an important significance both in theoretic study ofdesertification and its social practice.
