江苏徐州九里山煤田洁净煤等级划分

摘    要:利用九里山煤田的工业、元素及工艺性质等煤质数据,分析各指标的变化规律。在此基础上,以灰分、硫分及有害元素为指标,对该区进行洁净煤等级5级划分。结果显示:下石盒子组原煤洁净等级为Ⅱ—Ⅲ级,属好—较好的洁净煤,浮煤等级洁净等级为Ⅰ—Ⅱ级,属特好—好的洁净煤;山西组原煤洁净等级为Ⅰ—Ⅲ级,属特好—较好的洁净煤,浮煤等级洁净等级为Ⅰ—Ⅲ级,属特好—较好的洁净煤。经洗选后,洁净等级一般有所提高,除西部外,整体上山西组煤炭洁净等级提高程度优于下石盒子组。

Ranking of clean coal in the Jiulishan coalfield of Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province

Abstract:This study described the variation regularities of the industrial, elemental indices and process properties of the Jiulishan coalfield in Xuzhou of Jiangsu Province. The clean coal in the area was classified into five levels on the basis of ash content, sulfur content and harmful elements. The result shows that the Lower Shihezi Formation raw coal is clean coal of grade I-II, belonging to good to preferable clean coal, the Shanxi Formation raw coal is clean coal of grade I-III, also belonging to good to preferable coal, and the float coal is clean coal grade of I-III, belonging to super good to preferable clean coal. After separation and washing, the coal cleanliness was improved. Except for the western area, the cleanliness of the Shanxi Formation coal is better than that of the Lower Shihezi Formation coal.
