| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了不动产权籍调查内容,从权籍调查成果审查的必要性、成果审查内容、成果审查原则以及不动产成果审查模式等方面进行讨论,提出了东莞市不动产权籍调查成果审查最优模式,为东莞市不动产成果的准确应用及不动产权籍调查可持续发展提供了一种可行手段。
