摘    要:通过对H7N9禽流感防控研究的归纳,总结了目前GIS技术在新发H7N9禽流感疫情的时空分布、流行规律、影响因素和风险评估等方面的应用研究,揭示了GIS技术在疫情防控中发挥的重要作用,为其他传染病特别是新发传染病的防控研究提供了借鉴。

Abstract:The study was constructed by a systematic review of applications of GIS-based studies for the control and prevention of novel avian influenza A (H7N9),which causes lots of human infection since the beginning of 2013.We summarized the GIS-based studies for the presenting the spatial distribution,epidemiological features,risk factors associated with the virus transmission and risk prediction for the disease.This work revealed the applications of GIS in the control and prevention of avian influenza A (H7N9),which can help understand and provide guides for the control and prevention of other infectious diseases,especially for emerging infectious diseases.
