湖北省耕地变化特点与驱动力及可持续利用研究

利用1996年～2005年的统计和普查数据,对湖北省近10年来耕地数量现状及变化特点进行了详细的分析阐述;应用逐步回归法,定量研究了各经济社会驱动因子同耕地变化之间的关系,揭示了耕地变化的驱动力,结果表明:城市化水平的提高、农民建筑用地的增多、农村工业劳动力的增加以及非农产业的发展等因素是湖北省耕地变化的重要原因.最后,从耕地可持续利用角度,详细分析了湖北省耕地可持续利用中存在的各种障碍性因素.

STUDIES ON CHARACTERISTICS OF CULTIVATED LAND IN HUBEN PROVINCE,THEIR MOTIVE FORCE AND SUSTAINABLE UTILIZATION

According to the statistical and survey date form 1996 to 2005, This paper conducts detailed analyzes the structure changes on land utilization and the present status in cultivated land utilization. It applies gradual regression method and studies with quantitative method the relations between various motive social-economic factors and cultivated land changes. It reveals the motive mechanism of cultivated land changes. The results show that the level of urbanization enhanced, building site of farmer increased, industrial workforce increased in country and development of non-agricultural are the important factors that influence the cultivated land changes in Hubei Province. At the end, it also analyzes the various obstacles existing in the sustainable utilization of cultivated land in Hubei Province from the angle of sustainable utilization of cultivated land.
