| Abstract: | This paper mainly discusses how to control the construction costs for the geotechnical construction enterprises at the bidding stage, for example, how to control the construction costs by optimizing the technical design and construction design, how to quote price by the bidding documents and bidding terms in the signed contract, how to effectively solve the problems in the construction. The nal aim is to control project cost before bidding. |
