| 摘 要： | 针对同朔地区自然条件、水资源状况和供需之间的矛盾，分析了该地区河川径流量和地下水可开采量，客观地论证了该地区水资源的短缺程度。估算了全区目前总需求和2010年需求水量。根据区内现有水利设施的可供水量，提出了解决水资源短缺供需矛盾的对策，以期能解决或缓解同朔地区水的供需矛盾。

| Abstract: | Based on natural condition, water resource situation and contradiction between water supply and demand in Tongsuo District, the writers made an analysis on river runoff and exploitable amount of groundwater, proved the shortage level of water resources, estimated the total water demand and that of 2010. In accordance with existing available water amount proposed the counter measures to solve water shortage and contradiction between water supply and demand. |
