金刚石表面金属化(镀膜)的试验研究

摘    要:利用化学镀和真空镀2种方法对金刚石表面进行金属化处理的试验研究结果表明,镀膜金刚石较未镀膜金刚石的抗压强度、热稳定性等用碎岩效果均有很大提高,其中真空镀Ti的效果最好。真空镀Ti-Cr金刚石表面上形成的碳化物TiC、Cr2C3等中的C可能来自金刚石本身。真空镀是一种很有前景的金刚石表面处理方法。

Abstract:Results of experimental research on diamond surface metallization with electrolyse plating and vacuum plating show that strength, thermal stability and penetration rate of metallized diamond are much better than that of nonmetallilized diamond, and performances of diamond plated with Ti are the best among all plated diamonds. Carbon in carbides such as TiC, Cr 2C 3, formed on diamond surface obtained with vacuum plating comes from diamond, but not from graphite. Therefore, vacuum plating is a prospective diamond surface treatment method.
