| 摘 要： | 随着城市化的迅猛发展,传统房产测绘方法面临房屋定位难、数据现势性差、数据集成低等现实问题。3S技术从数据获取、数据处理、数据管理、数据应用等方面提供了新的途径。将3S技术融入房产测绘中可以有效解决面临的问题。房产测绘信息化中涉及基于无人机的数据获取、基于GPS的房屋定位、基于Inpho的数据处理、基于SuperMap平台的海量数据存储和管理。本文通过案例研究,研究探讨了3S技术在房产测绘中应用的全过程和重点环节。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of urbanization, traditional real estate sureying and mapping faces the porblems of lo- cating houses ,data current potential, data integration and so on. 3S technology provides a new way to carry on data pro- cessing,data management,data data mining, etc. The problems about real estate sureying and mapping can be effectively solved using 3S technology. Real estate sureying and mapping information includes data acquisition based on UAV, GPS- based positioning housing, data processing based on Inpho, the massive data storage and management based on SuperMap platform. Through case studies, the paper discusses the links key and whole process about 3S technology used in real estate sureying and mapping . |
