| 摘 要： | 本文对HY／T063-2003《海洋有害藻华(赤潮)监测技术导则》的若干技术问题作了扼要阐述，着重说明应用“有害藻华”概念的必要性与依据、《导则》的特点、“有害藻华”监测方案设计的基本原则及其监测技术与质量控制。
