| Abstract: | The significance of scientific and technical archive management is introduced in this paper.Integrating the experiences in everyday work,the author explicitly points out the scale of scientific and technical archive management,and makes suggestions on further improvement of scientific and technical archive management in five aspects,including strengthening legal consciousness,promoting management philosophy,improving the understanding of researchers,correctly handling the relationship between scientific research management and scientific and technical filing,and enhancing system construction. |
