微绿球藻的研究进展

摘    要:微绿球藻富含EPA,被认为是一种很有潜力的EPA来源,引起人们广泛的研究兴趣.本文介绍了国内外近年来微绿球藻生长条件及脂肪酸积累调控、生理学特性、规模培养、藻种诱变及作为饵料的应用等方面的研究进展.微绿球藻喜强光,适温范围较广,对pH适应性较强.营养盐、植物生长调节剂、消毒剂、敌草隆和UV等均对藻的生长和EPA合成有影响.微绿球藻的一系列色素如叶绿素a、玉米黄质、角黄素和虾青素等都有较高的含量,可作为商业上的色素来源.采用室内及室外平板式光生物反应器、垂直式平板生物反应器等规模培养微绿球藻获得成功.

Abstract:Nannochloropsis is recognized as a good potential source of EPA. It attracts more and more interest because of its high content of EPA. This article introduces the progress of the studies on Nannochloropsis at home and abroad in order to learn more about the research work on Nannochloropsis . The aspects introduced in this article include: the growth conditions, the regulation and control of fatty acids, accumulation, physiology, mass cultivation, mutation and the use as live feeds in aquaculture and so on. Nannochloropsis is a unicellular marine microalga which, likes intense illumination, has an extensive range of suitable growth temperature, and is also adapted to various pH. Salinity, the growth regulators of plants, disinfectors, DCMU and UV affected the growth of Nannochloropsis and the synthesization of EPA. A series of pigments of Nannochloropsis such as chlorophyll a, zeaxanthin, canthaxanthin and astaxanthin have higher content, and they can be used as a source of commercially valuable pigments. Mass culture in outdoor or indoor flat- plate photobioreactor and vertical flat-plate bioreactor has been applied.
