| 摘 要： | 2005年末,鄄城县土地更新调查显示耕地面积为66 741 hm2,根据预测规划期变化情况,最终确定2010年耕地保有量目标为66 681 hm2,2020年耕地保有量目标为66 986 hm2。该文总结了鄄城县历年来耕地数量和质量变化情况及其原因,分析存在的问题,预测耕地保护规模与目标,提出进一步加强鄄城县耕地保护的对策措施。
