| 摘 要： | 气象部门研制的业务系统应用软件,取得了明显的社会效益及一定的经济效益。但由于注意标准化系统化不够,难以推广移植。而九十年代因更多信息交换的需要,不仅要注意软件开发的工程化,还应注意系统总体设计。在八五课题实施研究的时机,应大力推行系统总体设计和软件开发的工程化。

| Abstract: | The applied softwares of service systems are projected by our various meteorological departments. These softwares have been gained remarkable social results and fixed economic results. These applied results are popularized slowly because these softwares are not carried out the same standard each other. Since the 20th century and nineties,we must seize an golden opportunity to purse vigorously engineering of system overall project and software development meeting the needs of a large number of information exchange. |
