海水中氨基酸对Cu(Ⅱ)—蒙脱石、SiO_2之间离子交换的影响

摘    要:本文研究了海水中组氨酸、天冬氨酸、丙氨酸对Cu(Ⅱ)—蒙脱石、SiO_2之间离子交换率(%)—pH曲线的影响。结果表明,低浓度氨基酸促进Cu(Ⅱ)—蒙脱石之间离子交换,而高浓度则起抑制作用;但低浓度氨基酸对Cu(Ⅱ)—SiO_2离子交换没有影响,而高浓度起抑制作用。分析表明,氨基酸的促进效应与表面三元络合物相关,而抑制效应与液相中Cu(Ⅱ)—氨基酸络合反应相关。

Abstract:This paper studies the effect of histidine, aspartic acid and alanini on Cu(II)-montmorilloaite, SiO_2 ion interchange rate(%)-PH curve in sea-water. It is shown that amino acids of lower concentration promote Cu(II)-montmorillonite ion interchange, while those of higher concentration inhibit the interchange. Amino acids of lower concentration do not influence Cu(II)-SiO_2 ion interchange, but those higher concentration inhibit the interchange. On the basis of a univerasl equation of effect of organics on trace metal-solid particle ion interchange in seawater it is supposed that promoting effect of amino acids is dependent of the ternary sur(?)ace complex, and inhibiting effe(?)t is dependent of Cu(II)-ami(?) a(?)d complex in solution in the amino acid-solid partic.Ie-Cu(II) systems.
