旅游环境可持续承载动态模型的构建

在对旅游环境承载力基本理论进行分析的基础上,指出旅游环境承载力指标体系、测算模型应随时间的变化进行动态的调整,并构建了旅游环境可持续承载的动态模型。短期内旅游环境承载力保持不变,构建了基于旅游环境承载力的状态模型,以对旅游区超载进行预先控制;根据长期内旅游环境承载力波动的客观现实,构建旅游环境可持续承载的发展模型,指出在环境评估的基础上,通过旅游规划适当调整旅游环境承载力,以实现旅游区的可持续承载。

SETTING UP DYNAMIC MODEL OF TOURISM ENVIROMENT SUSTAINABLE CARRYING

The index system and measure model of tourism environment carrying capacity changed with the changing of time on the basis of analyzing the basic theories of tourism environment carrying capacity. The dynamic model of tourism environment sustainable carrying was built. The state mode was set up based on tourism environment carrying capacity in order to beforehand control the overload because of the tourism environment carrying capacity keeping invariability in the short time. In the long time, the tourism environment carrying capacity was changing. The development mode was set up and pointed out that tourism planning was a good way to adjust tourism environment carrying capacity in order to keep the sustainable carrying of tourism area.
