Abstract:Petroleum-degradating strains lhk-2 and lhk-10 obtained from the oil-contaminated siol samples from Liaohe Estuary,were identified as Staphylococcus pasteuri and Stenotrophomonas maltophili respectively.A study on their petroleum degradability finds that in the shake-flask experiment,the removal efficiencies of both starins were over 60 % after 8 days.In addition,the optimum culture condition was temperature of 12 C,pH of 5.0-9.0 and salitity of 25 for strain lhk-2 while temperature of 12oC,pH of 5.0-10.0 a...
