摘    要:利用GIS技术对地质灾害信息进行快捷发布、预警与决策,是地质灾害管理与防治的有效途径之一。基于地质灾害预警与领导决策的需求,对结合ArcIMS地图服务与Ajax技术的地质灾害预警系统的目标、结构、功能、数据模型与数据库进行了分析与设计,探讨了系统开发所涉及的关键技术。最终完成了基于Ajax模式的广东省地质灾害预警系统的开发,实现了地质灾害相关信息的分析,灾害等级划分与预警,以及灾害信息的发布。

Abstract:As one of effective approaches of geological hazard management and prevention, the GIS techniques can support the information quick publishing, early-warning of geological hazard and decision making. Based on the requirements of leader decision and geological hazard early-warning, the target, structure, function, data model and database of a geologic hazard early-warning system which is mainly based on the ArcIMS map service and the Ajax technique are analyzed and designed, and the involved key technologies are described. The Ajax-based geologic hazard early-warning system of Guangdong province are developed ultimately, which realizes geological hazard relative information analysis, hazard levels classification and early-warning, and hazard information publishing.
