宁夏数字地震台网地震速报质量评估与分析

摘    要:就宁夏数字地震台网地震速报的工作模式与现状进行了探讨分析,并对地震速报质量进行了评估。据2005—2008年的速报资料显示,速报处理工作中地震波传播的时间约占15%,台网的分析处理时间约占45%,数据集合时间约占25%,台网中心对地震速报信息发布的处理时间约占15%。对2005—2008年的地震速报信息报出质量分析可见,震相性质分析错误的占8%,初至震相读数误差小于0.2 s的占65%,后续震相读数误差小于0.5 s的占43%。同时,对地震台网在速报工作中存在的问题进行了原因分析并提出了改进措施。

Abstract:We discussed and analyzed working pattern and current level of earthquake quick report in ningxia digital network and assessed the quality of earthquake quick report. According to quick report data from 2005 to 2008, seismic wave propagation occupy about 15 percent of all earthquake quick report time, network analysis processing about 45 percent, data collection about 25 percent, publishing earthquake quick report information about 15 percent. Accord- ing to the quality of earthquake quick report information from 2005 to 2008, errors what kind of phase occupy 8 percent, the first arrival phase data less than 0.2 s 65 percent and the fol- lowing phase less than 0.5 s 43 percent. At the same time, the problems that exist in earth- quake quick report in network are analyzed and improving methods are presented.
