| 摘 要： | 根据巴彦淖尔市五原县气象局MICAPS系统运行情况,探讨县级台站MICAPS系统维护员的基本工作,包括成熟的计算机和网络通信技术、MICAPS的本地化和二次开发、故障常例资料传输异常的处理方法。通过推广和借鉴MICAPS的一些经验,逐步提高县级台站气象业务现代化水平,实现气象部门的整体效益。 |

| Abstract: | Based on operational aspect of MICAPS system paper and the specific problems in application process in Wuyuan county meteorological bureau,the basic work of maintenance staff in county stations was discussed,including sophisticated computer and network communication technology,Localization and secondary development of MICAPS,data transfer exception failure common practice approach.The level of modernization of meteorological services was enhanced step by step in county stations by popularization and reference the experience of MICAPS to realize the whole benefit of meteorological department. |
