基于SWOT分析的广州大学城可持续发展研究

采用SWOT框架分析认为，如何有效地利用现有资源，提高大学城的核心竞争力，打造强大的广东省高等教育产业体系，是广州大学城建设中急需解决的重要问题。对此提出，用科学的人力资源观拓展高校师资队伍建设思路，优化高校进城模式，培育高校根植性，调整广东高等教育产业结构等对策和建议。

A STUDY ON SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF THE GUANGZHOU UNIVERSITY CITY BASED ON SWOT ANALYSIS

The construction of the Guangzhou University City is studied based on SWOT (strengths, weakness, opportunity and threat) analysis. It is pointed out that the strength and weakness of the Guangzhou University City include that the regional society and economy are in favor of raising money and attracting persons of ability, the multi-culture is in favor of the formation of knowledge production base, the natural environment is suitable for building high taste human residence conditions, and the new operation mechanism is propitious to promote college's reformation, but the hardware in the city is under construction and the software is relatively poor. At present, China is entering the times of popular college education, Guangdong is to be built into a great education province or even a strong education province, college education is supported by many policies. Those are opportunities and challenges for the development of the city. Some problems should be solved, such as how to use all kinds of resources to raise the city's competition capacity, how to optimize the structures of colleges and universities in Guangdong to accelerate development of the city, etc. Some suggestions are put forward: setting up a scientific talent outlook for selecting university teachers; optimizing the modes for schools entering the city and improving the higher education industry system in Guangdong.
