摘    要:近年来研究沉积有机物的激光诱导荧光特笥和发展基于激光的荧光显微探针技术日益受到人们的重视。采用FAMM-98激光荧光显微探针研究了烃源岩显微组分。研究表明,激光荧光显微探针的微束特性使 乎可以对任何显微镜下呆辨认的有机物质颗粒进行微区分析。在激光的诱导下,所有显微组分都会产生可检测到的荧光讯号。显微组分受激光束辐照最终时刻的荧光强度(F400)以及最终荧光强度/初始荧光强度比值(F400/Fo)是

Abstract:Recently it becomes increasingly important that investigation of laser-induced fluorescence of organic matter in ancient sediments and development of laser-based fluorescence microprobe technique. In this paper, various macerals in source rocks have been analyzed by a FAMM-98 fluorescence microprobe. Because of its micro-beam advantage, laser-induced fluorescence microprobe is very capable of dealing with almost any individual maceral particle, which can be identified under microscope. When laser beam irradiates, every maceral emissions detectable more or less fluorescence signals. It has been found that final fluorescence intensity (F_(400)) and the ratio of final fluorescence intensity and initial fluorescence (F_(400)/ F_0) are two of effective parameters for characterizing maceral fluorescence properties. Using fluorescence alteration of multiple maceral (FAMM) technique, measured vitrinite reflectance can be corrected by a diagram of F_(400)- F_(400)/F_0. This may lead to resolve the practical problem with the application of the vitrinite reflectance technique in petroleum exploration which results from either suppression or enhancement. It also has been found that the amount of fluorescence intensity of macerals exponentially increase with the amount of their own hydrogen richness. Therefore, according to the quantitative relationship, fluorescence microprobe can be used for determining the hydrogen richness of individual maceral and then the petroleum potential of specific maceral.
