甘肃省华亭县采空区地面塌陷成因及防治对策

甘肃省华亭县开采煤炭资源历史悠久,在采煤区造成了严重的地面塌陷灾害,形成华亭和安口2个塌陷区,塌陷总面积达19.34km2。塌陷区内房屋、道路、市政设施、农田、水利等设施遭受了较严重的破坏,严重的制约着社会经济的发展和威胁着人民群众的生命安全。文章在阐明区内地质环境条件的基础上,指出了采空塌陷的成因是由地质环境条件和采煤工程活动共同决定,地质环境条件为内因,采煤工程活动为外因,内因决定了它的分布区域,外因则控制它的发育程度。采煤诱发地震在地面塌陷形成发展过程中发挥了推波助澜的作用。最后,对地面塌陷灾害的发展趋势作了初步预测,并提出了地面塌陷灾害的综合治理建议。

Gauses and countermeasures of ground collapse by coal mining in Huating County, Gansu Province

Huating County,Gansu Province has a long history of coal mining.Now it suffers badly from ground subside in the local part of the mine which shaped two independently basins including Huating and Ankou,the subside area exceeds(19.34km~2.) The building,road,public utilities,farmland and water conservancy in the subside area were damaged seriously,these have become serious environmental issue which restricted safety of people and the social economic development.In this paper,based on described geological environment condition,the forming mechanisms of the subside is codetermined by geological environment condition and excavated coal activity.The geological environment condition are internal cause,which restricted district of ground subside,and the excavated coal activity are external,which controlled growth of ground subside.The earthquake caused by excavated coal adding fuel to the fire for ground subside development were analyzed.Finally,this paper indicate developing tendency,and propose the suggestions to prevent the subside hazard to happen in the future.
