沙漠化地区可持续发展评价:Ⅱ.应用

 采用层次分析方法并结合沙漠化具体特征给出了沙漠化评价指标的权重计算方法，并以奈曼旗为例详细说明了沙漠化地区的可持续发展评价过程。结果表明，基于沙漠化治理提出的可持续发展评价体系较准确地反映了沙漠化地区影响可持续发展的关键因素，提出的评价方法也行之有效，评价结果可以为当地的可持续发展提供建议。从1975—2000年，奈曼旗地区可持续发展水平逐步提高，沙漠化程度不断减轻，人类活动和社会经济条件基本呈好转趋势，自然条件波动较大。进一步的发展措施可归纳为：调节人类活动以适应脆弱的自然条件，改善社会经济条件以改变不合理的人类活动等。

Assessment of Sustainable Development in Desertified Area: Ⅱ. Case Study

A method is proposed for determining the indicator weight at various levels for sustainable development in desertified area based on integration between analytical hierarchy process and specific desertification features.Naiman County in Inner Mongolia,as a case,is studied by using the assessment indicator system put forward and the method provided.The assessment results show that the indicator system has more accurately reflected the sustainable development features in desertified area,and the provided method is feasible.The assessment conclusion can be used for the suggestion for the sustainable development of the study area.From 1975 to 2000 in Neiman County,the level of sustainable development increased;the degree of desertification abased;the human activities became harmony with nature and social and economical circumstance.The suggestions for further sustainable development in Neiman County are given as following: control human activities to fit for the fragile natural condition;improve the socio-economic circumstance to promote the change of irrational human activities.
