珠三角盛夏高温特征及其原因分析

Characteristics and Causes of the Summer High Temperature in Pearl River Delta

By analyzing the characteristics of the summer high temperature and its impact factors in Pearl River Delta,the results show that(1)the high temperature days mainly concentrated in summer,most in July,August followed.(2)High temperature days is on the increase,with significant inter-annual and decadal variations.of which the variation amplitude is relatively less than normal from 1950s to 1980s,and the trend continues to rise significantly after 1990s.(3)High temperature days have a negative correlation with rainfall.(4)When the position of Western Pacific subtropical high is south west than usual or a tropical cyclone is approaching Pearl River Delta,the unusual high temperatures are prone to occur.(5)In recent years,there is a certain relationship between urban heat island effect and significantly increase of the average summer temperature and extreme maximum temperature.
