| 摘 要： | 通过与典型单位专家共同设计气象服务效益评估计量方法(对比分析法),并对典型单位气象服务效益进行详细的调查、研讨,得出第一阶段结果.通过对高速公路全行业22位专家进行气象服务效益进行再次的调查、研讨,最终得出广东省电力行业2009年气象服务效益值为335.9亿元人民币.

| Abstract: | Based on 5 main production processes,the typical weather service benefit assessment units of the power industry in Guangdong Province in 2009 were determined.Then through uniting with experts from these units to design effective meteorological services assessment methods(Comparative Analysis),the first stage results were got.At last,basing the investigation and discussion on 22 experts of highway industry,the weather service benefit to Guangdong electric power industry 2009 was showed to be 33.59 billion Yuan. |
