| Abstract: | The objective in this study is to describe the nitrogen mineralization reactions by the linear regression equations ( zero-order ) after soil incubation about 112d at a certain temperature. According to this method, we have estimated the nitrogen mineralization abilities (rate constants) of the soil profiles obtained from dry farming soil and rice paddy soil. We have also determined the effects of environmental factors which include the soil water content, incubation temperature,soil constituent, soil pH and Eh. The nitrogen mineralization ability of a soil profile can be estimated by mixture soil incubation method too. It is more economic than incubation method of various layers soils in a profile. |
