| Abstract: | The basic characteristics and formation of several types of local precipitation weather in the Shandong Peninsula are analysed. It is elucidated that the Yellow Sea and the Bohai Sea are the main factors influencing the local precipitation weather in the Shandong Peninsula. Their function is manifested mainly in two aspects, i. e., heat and water vapour, and mesoscale and small scale convergence systems induced by the thermal conditions. |
