旅游振兴与乌鲁木齐经济发展

本文通过比较和统计的手段，在分析经济发展的客观要求与旅游业的社会、经济功能的基础上，论述了乌鲁木齐经济发展与旅游繁荣的结合点，尤其突出了振兴旅游对乌鲁木齐经济发展的重要促进作用．

TOURISM PROSPERITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF URUMQI

As the capital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Urumqi is a centre of politics,finance, culture, science and technology. It has convenicnt communications, rapid industrial and agricultural development, and is rich in tourism resources. Based on the analysis of the demands of economic development and the advantages of tourism, this paper aims to discuss the fie1ds connecting economic development with tourism so as to attract more and more people to pay a big attention to tourism for promohng the economic development of Urumqi, Six aspects are discussed in detail in the paper: (1) To solve the shortage of funds is the extremely urgency for economic development. The tourism prosperity is an ideal way for solving this problem and earning foreign exchange. (2) Tourism prosperity is an optimal way for expanding information sources and absorbing foreign capital. (3) To develop tourism can bring along the development of infradtructure, communications and transportation, and other industries. (4) Tourism is required to bring about a fine and stable social environment for economic deve1opment of Urumqi. (5) Tourism is required to bring about the rational economic development and industrial structure. (6) The development fo tourism can push fOrward the modern management ways to populahze in the economic development of Urumqi.
