关于黑河流域洪水资源化问题的分析探讨

黑河是我国第二大内陆河,流域内水资源短缺、生态环境恶化、水事矛盾尖锐。对黑河干流莺落峡站最大30d、60d洪量对年径流量的比率和洪水水资源比率与日均流量倍比关系作了分析研究,并提出了洪水资源利用的思考,这对深入认识黑河流域洪水资源,加快洪水资源化进程是十分有益。

Analysis and Exploration on Flood Water Resources in Heihe River Basin

Heihe River ranks No.2 of inland rivers in China,the river basin is in shortage of water resources with deteriorated ecosystem and frequent water conflicts.This article analysed the ratio between annual runoff and maximum flood water for 30d and 60d at Yingluoxia Hydrology Station in main stream of Heihe River as well as ratio between flood water proportion and average daily water flow and raised some thinking on flood water utilization,which are helpful for getting further understand on flood water resources in Heihe River Basin and speeding up the process of taking flood water as resources.
