土地质量数据在土地统计中的应用

在现行的土地统计制度中 ,土地统计指标大多使用的是土地调查及土地登记的数据 ,而较少使用土地质量方面的数据。这就使得土地统计数据只能反映土地的数量和利用类别现状 ,而不能综合地反映土地的数量、质量、利用类别的实际情况。文中以土地分等定级为前提 ,提出一种将土地质量等级量化为权重的构想。同时设计一种质量权面积指标以加强土地质量因素在土地统计中的利用 ,并举例说明具体设计及实施方法。

Application of the Data of Land Quality in Land Satistics

In the current system of land statistics, the indices of land statistics mostly use the data of land investigation and registration and rarely use the data of land quality. It will happen that the statistic data of land could only reflect land quantity and sorts of land utilization but not land quality. Based on the land classification data, in this paper an idea of quntizing the grade of land as weight is presented. Meanwhile, design an index named as quality weight area to enhance utility of land quality in land statistics. In addition, an example to explain the method for practical design and realization is also given.
