鳜亚科SINIPERCINAE鱼类的LDH同工酶的比较研究

摘    要:对鳜亚科9种鱼类的LDH同工酶进行了比较研究。结果表明9种鱼的LDH同工酶表型具有明显的种间差异;同种的个体及性别之间没有明显差异。根据LDH同工酶表型所得的分类结果与形态分类基本一致。鉴于9种鱼具有基本相同的相对迁移率,提出鳜亚科的种类可能是单系起源。在暗鳜(Siniperca obscura Nichols,1930);鳜(S.chuatsi Basilew-sky,1855)的晶体里,发现了C基因控制的区带,暗鳜、斑鳜(S.scherzeri Steindachner,1892)及大眼鳜(S.knerni Garmar,1912)的肝组织中酶谱存在多态现象。

Abstract:Comparative studies are made on LDH isozyme phenorype of three kinds of organs ( len,kidney and liver) in 9 species of Sinipercinae.It is indicated that there are clear differences in the LDH isozyme phenorypes among the 9 species and no significant differences among individuals and between sexes exsit in each species.Therefroe the results arc consistent with that of morphological classification in Sinipercinae essentially.According to the same relative mobility of zone A4 in len among the 9 species it is considered that these species in Sinipercinae probably are of monophyletical evolution,The zone which is controlled py the third gene ( C gene) is found in the LDH isozyme phenorype of len in Siniperca obsura and Siniperca chuatsi.Pelymorphism is found in LDH isozyme phenotype of liver in Siniperca obscura.Siniperca scherzeri and Siniperca kneri.
