| 摘 要： | 通过运用EXCEL作为用户界面和数据库，使用WORD做法律文书模板，应用WORD的邮件合并功能，结合WORD的域设计，实现了气象行政许可法律文书自动化制作捷径，为提高气象工作办公效率提供了一种参考。
